GPS Theory:
“When you miss a turn, your GPS doesn't judge you, it recalculates. No matter how many detours you take, it finds another way forward. Life works like that too. You'll make mistakes, but your destination doesn't vanish. The route just changes.”
Our Philosophy
Parenting is one of the most important and challenging roles we will ever hold. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, because every child, family, and stage of development is unique. My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that parents already have strengths, and with the right support, knowledge, and tools, they can build confident, connected relationships with their children from early childhood through the teen years.
I focus on developmentally appropriate guidance, recognizing that children's needs change as they grow. What works for a toddler will not look the same for a teen but the foundation remains the same: connection, consistency, and clear communication.
My approach is:
Relationship-centered - Strong parent-child relationships are the foundation for emotional regulation, behavior, and resilience.
Strength-based - I help parents recognize what they are already doing well while building practical skills for challenges they face.
Respectful and collaborative - Coaching is a partnership. Parents are the experts on their children, and I work alongside them— not in judgment.
Practical and Realistic- Strategies are designed to work in real life, not just in theory.
Emotionally Informed - Children's behaviors are communication. Understanding the "why" helps parents respond with confidence and clarity.
For early childhood: I support parents in building routines, emotional safety, and positive discipline strategies that encourage healthy development.
For school-age children: I help families strengthen communication, manage behavior challenges, and support growing independence.
For teen and college students: coaching focuses on maintaining connection, setting boundaries with empathy, navigating emotions, and supporting identity development while fostering responsibility and trust.
My goal is to help parents feel empowered, informed, and supported, so they can raise children who feel seen, valued, and capable.
